Stephanie Persichilli, MA

Stephanie is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology and Psychology from the University of Toronto. She works with adolescents and adults presenting with a range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and challenges with self-worth.


Stephanie’s clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She also incorporates elements of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic perspectives, and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She tailors her approach to each client’s goals and values, creating a collaborative and supportive therapeutic environment.

Stephanie has experience facilitating group discussions with high school students focused on stress, anxiety, and post-secondary transitions. She is committed to helping clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
