CBT Coaching
Cognitive Behavioural Executive Coaching (CBEC) is a specialized form of coaching that integrates principles from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) with executive coaching practices. Its primary aim is to enhance the performance, well-being, and leadership capabilities of executives and professionals by addressing their cognitive patterns, responses, and strategies.
Psychological Assessment
A psychological assessment is a comprehensive and systematic process of gathering, analyzing, and interpreting information about your psychological functioning. It is a valuable tool used by psychologists to understand a person's cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and personality traits.
