Rong Zhou

Child and adolescent development is shaped by a complex interaction of cognitive, emotional, and environmental factors. As a Psychological Associate, Rong works with children and families to make sense of these factors and identify practical, effective ways to support growth and well-being.
Rong specializes in the assessment of children and adolescents, with a focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, Specific Learning Disorders, and developmental differences. Her work is informed by experience in both school-based settings and community clinical services, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of how children function across home, school, and broader environments.
Through comprehensive psychological assessments and individual therapy, Rong uses evidence-based approaches tailored to each child’s strengths and needs. The focus extends beyond identifying challenges to translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations that support functioning in everyday contexts.
Rong takes a collaborative approach, working closely with families to connect clinical insights with practical next steps. Her goal is to support children and adolescents in building the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to engage more successfully in their daily lives.
