Dusko Miljevic RSW, MSW

Dusko Miljevic is  a Registered Social Worker in the province of Ontario. He completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology and Masters degree in Social Work at the University of Windsor. Dusko has 15 years of experience working in the field of mental health. Dusko is passionate about providing trauma-informed care for his clients and creating a therapeutic space in which client's feel safe, respected, and empowered.

Dusko integrates evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) to provide his clients with services that are tailored to their unique needs. Dusko is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure for PTSD, and Written Exposure Therapy which allow him to provide structured, evidence based treatments to individuals struggling with PTSD and trauma related concerns. Dusko provides psychotherapy services for veterans, police officers, first responders, and adults struggling with symptoms of trauma, anxiety, stress, and mood related challenges. Dusko is a staff Social Worker with the Operational Stress Injury Clinic at The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre, where he provides services to members of the Canadian Armed Forces and Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
